First, Let me tell you I am not a professional of any kind in the healthcare world. This is just what is working for me as 45 years old woman who lives in America.
We all know the, the foundation of successful weight loss that a professional will tell you is a healthy, calorie-controlled diet combined with increased physical activity. For successful, long-term weight loss, you must make permanent changes in your lifestyle and health habits.
What I can tell you is that you have to be ready, Find your motivation
A wonderful thing happened for me, I found 2 things that changed the way I looked at food and how my metabolism reacted to it.
Coffee
Specifically the add in in that I started putting in my coffee. I am so happy, I learned about Java Burn. Honestly, I was shocked that it actually worked. I saw a TikTok on it and thought why not try it.
I did feel the metabolism boost and I felt the increase but what wasn’t advertised was the bloat that also went away.
Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent Fasting
“Eat Stop Eat” is the book that became my bible. Every meal stopped being a battle and I stopped letting food enslave me. What I read about evaluating my relationship with food and how determining how not to be a prisoner to the love of my food.
I found I could do 2 things, enjoy food and be successful.
You start out strong. You’re confident “this time” you’re going to lose the weight and keep it off.
You pick a “diet” and dig in. At first it seems doable. Then the rules get confusing.
You get busy. All of a sudden fighting the endless food restrictions, calorie counts, ounces and portions is overwhelming.
Every meal is a mental battle. What foods to eat? How many calories? It’s exhausting!…
I would go out with friends. I’d either watch them enjoy their meals while I picked at a salad… Or I’d break down… Eat twice as much as I usually would… And end up feeling terrible about myself…
Whatever it is, something knocks you off the plan…
You tell yourself you’ll get back to it tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes. And…
Before you know it you’ve gained all the weight back

The big realization for me was that even though I am finally seeing success is that losing weight didn’t change the person I am and wasn’t the magic genie I needed to be the person who was happy made me really succeed.
What did I get from these 2 things entering my life was a newfound confidence, I gained energy and with the lost weight also decreased inflammation.
The added benefit is that I loved the coffee I added to my routine.
Weight loss doesn’t begin in the gym with a dumb bell; it starts in your head with a decision
